you have could bake the tex´s and shadows, would prevent the shadow prob i think... but i am not a pro, so... wish you good luck

@mobyfreerunner I put a biped on the scene. Then I make it transparent (In the object properties, unselect render (or something like that)).
So, the shadows are render in the box.

@goranification no, the box looks moving... its like a failed "moving camera in freeze"

@aghaanantyab Actually the box is moving. Thats why the shadow is changing size and position over the box. The tracking was perfect, I added the box rotation later in 3DSMax
