thanks for sharing your groove and especially like the HEEL - TOE demonstration...i have seen a video JO JO Mayer was doing at a clinic.... but this video is even more CLEAR ...... very NICE double bass smoooth rolls.... helpful to watch foot technique too....

This is awesome!! I'm a left handed (left footed) player and I always felt I need to be sitting really high above the pedals. Thank you so much for this video to prove what I've always felt was right.. (or left). I wish I could actually hear what you were saying throughout though... the drums drowned-ed out everything you were saying. Either way keep on kicking ass!!!
