I was a 4th generation SDA from the 1800's, I was in for over 40 years before I left the SDA Corporation. I have given counsel to my ex fellow adventist that they should know there bibles first and foremost. The Jesuits of Rome infiltrated the church in the 1800's. On Jaunary 18, 1886( while E. G. White was in Europe) the leadership joined the church to the government of Michigan. do not scorn or look down upon or even chastise each other on what we believe is true. we can spend forever looking at the technicallities of eacch religion or we can sit back and realise that we all pray to one God and that same God loves us all no matter which religion we subsribe this might be hard for some Seventh-day adventists to hear but as one myself we are not to be looking at ourselves as "perfection by God" we are human beings and our goal in life should be to become closer with God

but think about it the Bible was writen by man, who is to say that what your faith is or what you subscribe to is the truth but to yourself. ive learned the God has given us choices and chances and we subscribe to what makes the most sense to us. there is no ONE Bible... there are Bible's strictly for some religions. we can go all day debating who is the right and true church of God, but the fact of the matter is that through whatever we believe we are to love all

being brought up strictly as an Adventist in my 19 years of living i have questioned my religion, however, through my own personal research so far i have NOT found any other religion to statisfy my longing for truth. that being said i trulybelieve that we should worry less about who is being "lied" to and worry solely on our own soul salvation. I personally do not subscribe to thee messages of Ellen White because she is not the Bible.
