  • HIII :-) Just came across your video... im on day 86 and still pushing play. im doing the lean version. when i finish im going to do the classic with the doubles:-) I love ya motivation keep it up :-) Its not easy but the results are wonderful:-) dont be a stranger :-)

  • Hey Nice work man!! for the soreness try taking 200mg of vitamin C immediately after your workout it will greatly reduce or eliminate your muscle soreness. Vit C is a highly potent antioxidant. Good luck!!!
