I just ordered Dr. White's book "The KJV Only Controversy". Have you by chance read that? I have been a KJV guy for a few months now (not onlyist), but am beginning to notice some problems.

The KJV is still so much better anyway. NIV sucks. TNIV - heresy. ESV - propaganda. NASB - good. GW - good.

I Like KJV but I read other versions as well. the one thing that has always bugged me is the the KJV is the only bible that says God created the heaven and the earth. all others I've seen say Heavens. (plural).

This vid is difficult to follow.

You're crossing the street by scaling a mountain. The differences between english translations are MANY--many, many many. This is compounded, in geometric proportions, by all the differences between the available Greek and Hebrew mss.

You're truly wasting your time for two patently obvious reasons. First, you simply cant capture the 1000's of differences in two-10 minute vids. Second, you're dialoging with wacko Fundys who have too much starch in their undies.

@monsieurpickles i understand that the ESV was a response to the RSV, by reformed-right wing circles who didn't approve of the RSV's translation choices.

@JoelTheCalvinist ESV is obviously reformed propaganda. Look at the Study Bible. It's not bad, but it's the most bias of all the acceptable translations.

i was tricked in to kjo nonsense. it just rod me of peace, shaked my faith, and i could not listen to any preacher, or books and therefore grow. Christ said you will know them by there fruits, kjo dont lead anyone to faith but call Gods word and his people devils.
