The new entrance to the Fulton Street Station on the (2)(3) (A)(C) is now opened. This new entrance is apart of the Fulton Street Transit Center project which is expected to be completed around 2012/2013.

Entry is located at Fulton Street / Williams Street in Financial District, Manhattan

    That's a bit confusing: first the note that the J/Z/4/5 were not available here, then the sign with 2/3 and the arrow to the right, it seems like it means make a right BEFORE paying.

    Jay St doesn't even say that the R is available via the A/C/F platform at all, though.

    hmmm...on the outside, the sign it says that the J/Z and the 4/5 trains cannot be reached from here...however, they can.
