This shift contrasts with the traditional forces of supply and demand as described by Adam Smith's The Invisible Hand of the Market. She also discusses the emerging inattention economy where attention is outsourced and automated. She shares examples using Time-Value Innovation techniques to develop breakthrough offerings for the private and public sector based on these mindsets.
