What's this about Americans in particular being brainwashed into obsessing over sex? First off, the overall sexual repression in the US is pretty obviously more of a cause than sexuality on TV for messed up views on sex.

Also, Europe is much more lax in regards to sex on tv, so shouldn't you be directing your rant towards some European country instead?

I'd also like to ask, does where you live not have television? We have it here (in Canada) I just don't watch it.

People mirror each other. If you are not brainwashed by televison, you grew up in a society which is brainwashed by televsion. Americans are so all about sex that men and women can't really even talk to each other unless its to 'hookup'. Social division is huge, as a nation of sex objects, not people. Our whole society is brainwashed.. some are too smart, but I'd bet anything most amerricans are so all about sex you cannot really relate to anyone at all. America is fucked, we dont have we.
