I'm pretty sure this is a recipe that will divide opinion and incur the wrath of Mexicans worldwide but its just a simple salsa recipe that I use for making things like Enchiladas and Huevos Rancheros - you can pimp it out with as little or as much chili as you like depending on how cheeky you want it to be...good to eat as a dip with chips too.
