Did you order the neck with the frets allready applied? and were you able to just bolt the neck to the body and wire all the electronics?? and play? or did the frets need to be set up after you got the neck?? or was the fret job complete and all set up? from the factory?

The neck could have come with the frets installed. I knew I was going to inlay abalone stars which is so much easier done without the frets. I installed the frets after doing multiple coats of lacquer on the fingerboard.
Then I did the color work on the back of the neck and headstock. I leveled and dressed the frets as well.
Warmoth's parts fit together well..the neck and body. i found that I had to sand some thickness of the width of the neck where it fit into the pocket.
