btw I am in a few different circles, I am a grower myself. I've never heard of him intentionally sending people the wrong genetics.
So it isn't common knowledge, I'm sure alot of people down here even know who he is.

Do you have proof that he sold the wrong genetics intentionally? How do you know for sure?
Also if its common knowledge then why would he have sold so many seeds?

I guess I'm a little tired of seeing all the "Free Emery" post. As a medical caregiver in a legal state, it's common knowledge in grower circles that Emery often sent sub par genetics, or completely different seeds then what was ordered. I know he's not in jail for this as no one really have a venue to take legal action for his business practices, but I think he's gotten what he deserved and is just reaping what he sowed. All the good in the world one does can be undone by one selfish act.
