I guess I'm a little tired of seeing all the "Free Emery" post. As a medical caregiver in a legal state, it's common knowledge in grower circles that Emery often sent sub par genetics, or completely different seeds then what was ordered. I know he's not in jail for this as no one really have a venue to take legal action for his business practices, but I think he's gotten what he deserved and is just reaping what he sowed. All the good in the world one does can be undone by one selfish act.
What he did with the profits was notable. He didn't own a mansion, he did own a magazine and enough funds to keep the legalization effort moving. How come Arjan isn't in jail? Because he does have a mansion, lol.
