Geshe Michael Roach, founder of Asian Classics Input Project (ACIP) describes the organization's work to digitally preserve and distribute ancient wisdom contained in Tibetan manuscripts that, today, face possible extinction from the ravages of time and decay. Over 200,000 books saved from Tibet in 1959 provide "an unbroken chain of knowledge or instruction that has been passed down for the last 2 and a half thousand years."
