Here's the process for me:
1) Play video game, see weird gun that I never knew existed.
2) Go on the Internet and read all about this new-to-me gun on Wikipedia and world.guns.ru.
3) Become irritated at just how badly the gun is represented in the game that originally inspired me to learn about it.
