I bought the 46 inch in Oct 2010...and the panel packed in on 12/12/2010......its waiting to have anew panel fitted and the part has to be shipped in from Belgium....Samsung wont offer exchange coz its more than 28 days old.....probably get it back next christmas....heap of shit.....wish I had bought a diff one.

Either the lighting on your camara gets dark or the HDTV gets dark as well? It seems like a great HDTV. I was just curious about lighting in the room as well as the TV. Samsung has never disappionted they always seem to raise the bar!

@ansol2006 it does have automatic backlighting, and which? loved the remote.

@guitarse you can go to cnet.com, they hated it the remote control cause it's completely flat and doesn't light up.

Dude you got any pics of the remote control for this bad boy, got one coming soon and I can't find any details of the control for it other than that its the TM1080
Cheers for the vid, it's helped my judge the scale of this tv better than other videos have, unless your 8ft tall that is.
