Quite a night!! Here is the whole opera. The "lusty" singing of the male chorus and the copious glottals employed by Gencer threaten to take away from the great singing of the others. Hines was 51 years old and Bardelli was 62. Martinucci was in his prime. Gencer was in the deep winter of her career.

Gencer enters at 8:35 She was only 44 but her vocalism makes her sound at least 64.
