The skull is made of two components: the cranial bones and the facial bones. This video is part 2 of 2 that looks at the cranial bones of the human skull. For the rest of the skeletal system please visit us at www.mrfordsclass.net

Clinical Anatomy By Systems by Richard S. Snell MD PhD - Page 528 paragraph 2 "In the anterior cranial fossa, the perforations of the cribriform plate of the ethmoid can be seen;.."

Principles of Human Anatomy by Gerrard J. Tortora - Page 179 first paragraph "The horizontal cribriform plate (cribri- = sieve) lies in the anterior floor of the cranium..."

  • @qaddodi understand that wikipedia isn't accepted as a "reliable source" for a reason. Anyone can go there and add 'additional information' or make changes to things. Try picking up an anatomy textbook then talk. =)

  • @akinakeihiro search wikipedia for cribriform plate :)

  • great vid =D its like cranial bones for dummies.. all the sophisticated information presented in a simple form

  • @qaddodi It actually is called the cribiform plate not cribriform plate =D just thought you should know~

  • you are such an awesome teacher ..your explanation is so easy to understand..thank you so much
