The United States is facing a crisis due to the shortage of young people pursuing STEM careers. Texas A&M is committed to K12 and partners with teachers to provide cutting edge content and applications to inspire the next generation of engineers and scientists. We know that each teacher can impact as many as 1000 students in their career. Working with teachers is an excellent way to serve K12 and increase the STEM pipeline.

As part of these efforts, the Colleges and Engineering and Science annually host this summit of teachers from all over the state of Texas. It is an outstanding day of interactive experiential learning provides 8 hours of valuable continuing education credit while exposing you to real science at a Research-One university.
