Colt's Model M 1903 1908 Pocket Hammerless

Introduction video to the Colt Model M Pocket Hammerless. This hammerless conceal carry was introduced in 1903 chambered in .32 acp. Approximately 570,000 of the .32 acp models were produced. In 1908 the .380 acp version was released with total sales of 168,000. The model was produced until 1945.

@hjaimeg Your .32 ACP serial number 61071 was manufactured between 1907 & 1908. Without seeing it, it's hard to tell you more about it.

I have two colt 32's both are 1903 models just like the ones you are showing. But one say 380 instead of 32. Your thoughts? Oh and it will not chamber a 380 nor will one fit in the mag.

@framed30 It's hard to say without seeing the pistol. Perhaps some aspiring gunsmith changed out the parts on a .32. What caliber will the pistol chamber? the 1903 patent date on the slide covers design change of the barrel bushing that was used on the 1903 Pocket Hammerless. The .380 used the same patented design, hence the 1903 date on the slide of a 1908 pistol.
