Dude, i'm using Starhub, and i've got torrents running at like 9000kbps... My problems are when running large FTP downloads. That's what gets throttled!

@tiu007 100 divide 8 = 12.5 MegaBYTES per second...
You're more than it specified... (btw, your plan is a 100 megaBITS plan...)
1 byte = 8 bits

FUCK STARHUB i am using ultimate plan, and it give me this shitty fucking CIBAI connection like 14.31 mb/s !!!!!!!

I am also on Starhub but am not sure if it is throttling or not as we can't always guess the bandwidth of the other links on bittorrent.
I have seen about 800 KBps downloads (on torrents) and I am able to max my upload at 256KBPS (2mbps).
Am on the 100 mbit plan.
