Yours (Original) by Noelle Armaly

This song was a response to a very challenging video I watched. It was of a pastor from Africa who was bringing a message of repentance like I had never heard. I had a great difficulty sorting my faith out after that... and felt like no one might make it to heaven after hearing this preacher. In time I slowly began to realize that 'even I' needed to earnestly repent in order to move into the deeper things of God. In the end dwelling on my sin only served to contrast how great His love is for me.

I had posted this video wanting to add some scriptures but nothing was coming to mind... probably didn't help that it was around 11pm. Woke up the next morning and did my Daily Bread and there they all were... (verses: Romans 5:20, Romans 6:1-14, Jude 1:3-4)

Spent the day in my studio and was able to put together 'Yours'... my first home studio recorded song (hopefully the first of many... better than this one ;)

I'm thinking of publishing another version with mainly the melody and more instruments.

I know the harmony is sort of like bumper cars in some spots but I really liked the overall effect.
