@stoopiddub333 valerie is an electronic music "collective" from France west coast, very influenced by 80's pop culture, born about 3 years ago and consisting of College, Anoraak, Minitel Rose, Russ Chimes and Maethelvin. This movement influenced much of the "retro-futuristic" part of the french touch around the world since some years, and have many partners such as Electric Youth, Tesla Boy, Grum, etc. This is a pretty large daze of the modern electro I invite you to discover ;)

@mugabesunny i agree with you that the bands have sold out. i also agree with you about tesla boy, who is by far my favorite band from this movement. but i gotta admit that i dig some of the music from the others. not all just some songs. other than that tesla boy is the only band i really truly listen to from the collective.

Grum has nothing to do with this collective. Grum is just some scottish cunt who wants to be famous by making shitty club music and just being a bandwagon jumper. The only decent band out of this so called movement is Tesla Boy, but even though sound like they are going to continue the trend of becoming full on hipsters. useless wanks

2008 was the only good year for this "collective". After that, they were shit.

@stoopiddub333 its a bunch of french hipsters trying to be cool. it started off decently, some of their early work by college / anoraak / russ chimes was good, but after that it went downhill. Russ Chimes started making shitty club music, while Anoraak became a hipster and ditched the sound that he started off with. While hat maethelvin dude only made 1 decent track, the rest were shite. the amount of people saying "epic" this and that are deluded.
