But before you move on to ranting about another case you might like to learn some of the details of the Peltier case before making more or a fool of yourself than you already have.

@LizzieCornish if not convicted of two first degree murder, the second charge was aiding and abetting someone else in those murders. If it proved impossible to show who was the actual murderer while it was known who approached the cars. There is no get out clause Ms Cornish, and you have demonstrated over your ranting for the past 20+ however many pages you stated it was, you have knowledge of the case or of the people involved, or of the lies told by them. And you ignore the truth.

@LizzieCornish agents were shot close range, one of them receiving a contact wound as the gun had been placed against his skin; that was Special Agent Ron Williams who put his hand up to protect his face, and was shot through hand and his face blown off when gun put up against his skin. Robideau stated that he was with Peltier every step of the way as they approached the cars.Peltier was convicted of two first degree murders, however because while a charge may be valid it cannot always be proven

@LizzieCornish Robideau is on video stating that he was with Peltier every step of the way as they approached the cars; the agents were alive when the cars were approached, they were dead afterwards. Robideau had double jeopardy protection at the time he said he was Mr X and had shot the agents, so he could not be re-arrested. You falsely stated that I said dishonestly 'over again' or some such wording, that the agents were shot close range. I have quoted to Peltier's own lawyer stating the

You also claimed to 'totally believe' Robideau's account in Incident at Oglala of watching Mr X drive up and shoot the agents; known to be a hoax devised to try to get Peltier out. Robideau subsequently claimed to be Mr X, something Peltier referred to in his 'statement' last year. That is the Robideau that you 'totally believe' describing a man drive up and shoot them, when subsquently claiming to be that man

If you mean in terms of the Native American who stated that Peltier bragged about killing on of the Agents, the testimony was in a Court case where that person gave evidence, describing how he said. Not unnamed. You don't any of the details about this case at all. So, would you like to discuss 'Geronimo' Pratt and The FBI? How they kept him locked away for 25 YEARS, until finally he was let out, due to not being guilty. Would you like to tell the world how your buddies in the FBI framed him, used false witnesses (again) ....and would you like to tell the world that the Agent who did this was also assigned to Leonard's case???
