Does this make sense? You can capture a slave, force her to marry you and then have sex with her. But which slave would want to marry their captor?

I tried reading the Qu'ran once, I had never felt more offended after that. =/ I put it straight away. To think that I'm gonna try to read it again just to gain understanding of the Muslim way of thinking. It does disturb me some.
