I checked under System Preferences, but I had no "Other" tab. I clicked "Show All," and still nothing. What's wrong here?

@bandwithexceeded Do you have the 10.3 beta of flash player for Mac OS X Lion? Because the other tab is for all your 3rd-party apps you have installed, but if you have no 3rd-party apps installed than the other tab won't show up at all. And flash player 10.3 is the only one that shows up in other under system preferences. You can get it here get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

@anpippin Um, I don't think so. But I have Chrome, so when I visited the page you gave me, it just said that I have the latest version installed. Nothing on my "Other" tab, either.

@bandwithexceeded You can't download it in Google Chrome since the Flash Player is built into Chrome, so visit the page in Firefox or Safari and then you'll be able to download the 10.3 beta.
