You can use G major, and for C7 you can use for example C whole tone ,you can see all this in my web site (web cam lessons section,there are more than 250 public video lessons,and some 1000 videos on the private channel)

The chords you mention are A minor, B7b9 and one other I cant seem to tell what it is. Could you share ? Sounds like Bm?
