Chef Depot .com demo with a kyocera ceramic knife. The ideal knife for vegetarian cooking.
Nice thin sharp blade, non reactive to all foods. Easy to hold, easy to use. Chef shows how to Julienne and slice fast and simple.

  • Could you use it to shave your arms?

  • @AgentBlackBlood YES, I could, however, these arms handle many ladies and they don't like change. They do however, love my food.

  • how is the blade in terms of quality? im interested in these kyrocera knives but some people said it looks cheaply built

  • @bludika I have one thats almost 10 years old, used several times a day. Quality is excellent. Buy it from ChefDepot . c o m and get a free 5 year warranty and resharpening.

  • You're impossibly fast! Nice skills, very nice. Best regards, Greg

  • @gswiaczny Greg, thanks for the nice comment! I can go faster too, when I eat well, it's the Polish in me :)
