how is the blade in terms of quality? im interested in these kyrocera knives but some people said it looks cheaply built

@bludika I have one thats almost 10 years old, used several times a day. Quality is excellent. Buy it from ChefDepot . c o m and get a free 5 year warranty and resharpening.
