This is a tricep workout that myself and Vince DelMonte did while working out on vacation in Las Vegas. The small hotel gym we were training at had a limited amount of equipment (i.e. an adjustable bench, dumbbell rack, and some resistance machines). So this entire tricep workout is done using just dumbbell exercises only.

We used the Positions Of Flexion style of training which starts with a mid-range compound exercise (rolling db extensions), then goes into a fully streched exercise (overhead db extenstions), and finishes up with a peak contraction exercise (db tricep kick backs).

  • Hey Lee,

The gym here in our apartment complex doesn't have a regular bench rack. Can I do close-grip bench with dumbbells like the first exercise, minus the rolling action?

  • @jakswold

Yes, close grip bench is a great tricep exercise.

  • How many sets would you reccommend for the first workout you did in this video and how many for each set?

  • @TasteOfVengeance5

For each of these exercises do 4 sets of 10 reps.

  • how many reps should i do?

  • @madmoneycash242

I'd recommend doing 4 sets of 10 reps for each exercise shown.

A workout is a workout, your height doesn't determine what exercises you do.

Push ups are an awesome exercise, I include them as a regular part of my chest workouts.

  • @madmoneycash242 depends if you want muscular endurance then do 10-15. if you doing strength and size then you do 5-8 reps. That's what i do and it works.
