This is my Allegory to Antigone. It's for my New Millennium Studies Class. The story is about Antigone, a girl whose brother was killed and is placed at the center of town. Antigone's goal is to give her brother, Polycleses, a proper burial. Her sister, Ismene, is no help in the process; as she believes that women are too weak to defy rules. The King comes and tells her to stop. Ismene returns, begging for forgiveness and wanting to die with Antigone. They are both then killed, and the King is left lonely.
