To be honest, this video is pretty ridiculous... I'm only seeing the poster's side of the story, and it still seems pretty stupid.
They confiscated evidence because a crime was committed... Doesn't that make sense? I'm all for the constitution, freedom, and human rights, but this is just stupid and forced. If there was an actual wrongdoing going on here, I would expect the Weare PD to make some kind of statement to explain this "injustice."

@MasterM7733 Well, if you can get the cops' side, we'd all love to hear it. But Weare PD hasn't been terribly openness-oriented or truthful, as you may have noticed. And word is they created for themselves yet another shitstorm last Friday night, details still filtering in...
