I am here at Soi Dog's new shelter in Mai Khao, helping to look after Stray dogs. We and my friends and family are helping to volunteer with various tasks at Soi Dog Foundation, the charity that helps Phuket's stray dogs and cats, treating those who are otherwise left suffering, feeding those that otherwise go hungry, and sterilizing over 18,000 to stop them multiplying more, not just in Phuket but also nearby. We are helping at Soi Dog's brand new shelter in Mai Khao, which is situated on Soi 10 just north of Phuket Airport, near the Mai Khao Health Station. If you care about man's best friends and curiosity that can kill cats, please come here whenever you can to help us clean and care for these cute animals, who deserve to be given loving homes as perfect pets, so please think of them first before you buy a pet. Just a little time and effort is all that is needed, not lots of money, but tell your parents and their companies to help sponsor Soi Dog and its fund raising events or why not buy Nick Anthony's Princess Sausage book which also helps raise funds.
Soi Dog had to raise a lot of money to build the new shelters. We invite your schools and fellow students to come visit here on Fridays to learn how to look after animals better. Tell your teachers or parents to contact us by telephone in Thai or English: 08-17884222 or email john@soidog.org Thank you on behalf of Soi Dog. I hope you too can join us looking after Soi Dogs like these. This is Alicia, Young Reporter for Andaman News.
