  • I love how he said Mingus was bored with the 1 chord Afro-Cuban music. I know exactly how he felt. For a bass player simply keeping time can get old fast.

  • @penguinegg01 Its definitely a shame....I'm sure anyone who plays jazz has played Ladybird, but a doubt that most of them would even know who wrote it....and then there are his other awesome tunes like Good Bait which is too unrecognised.
