@Satan4HitleryClinton - OMG, I kno right? Cars should become illegal too, and all drivers should be arrested for having driven such a horrific contraption. I always hear of people getting run over. They pass so dangerously close to elementary schools, daycare centers, and playgrounds. BAN BAN BAN! Children should be able to run around the streets untended by their careful parents without the risk of getting run over.

Wait until the shock kills an innocent small child as they play, maybe yours. passing on the way from school. The owner should go to jail, because that's what a dog, security guard or insurance is for, not just electrify a fence on a public roadway because you're pissed off. Just putting a warning sign doesn't justify every idiotic idea people want to try, that's why courts every day hold people accountable ....for acting like assholes and risking everyone to get back at 1 or 2
