Yeah! John Woo-style akimbo pistols.
I wish more cop shows had trigger-happy dual-wielders in them (Yes, I am aware that dual wielding firearms GREATLY decreases accuracy, but in a realistic cop show a criminal dual wielding handguns or SMGs provides a good excuse for putting out alot of bullets without killing anyone).
I miss the days when TV shows had actual action in them...

@spirittammyk Oh. I didn't know that. I stand corrected.

@goldenapple91 John always came out without a scratch... Him, Stivers, Kellerman and Falsone were the limberest at surviving out of all the detectives on H: LOTS

@CLC407 No he didn't. He killed someone else, a rapist serial murderer, and it was the last episode in season 7.

Best part is when Munch is all shaken up and wipes the blood off of his shoes.....pretty memorable scene
-
that was a great sequence of episodes...I remember Bolander telling Munch he must have had a horseshoe up his ass!

In the finale, Bayliss revealed to Frank that he killed Gordon Pratt

It'd be great to see the show shown on HULU (minus the ads that take an eternity to run sometimes). As for this episode, it scared the crap out of me the first time I saw it on WGN a few years ago when the network showed the reruns.

I might have been wrong on the killer.Always thought it was Munch.....possibly Stan's old partner Mitch Drummond(Tony LoBianco).
Cool, but they isn't a proper way to go about searching or planning to go after a search suspect. They went into the APT act in groups, in a str line , looking like they was about to hand out some pies or something haha.
Is the whole series on DVD's

Yeah, I don't know if that was the proper way or not. The writers usually seem to know what they're doing though, and they had a lot of technical advisers on the set, so I'm sure if it was completely out of the question in real life, one of them would have said something...it didn't seem too out of the ordinary!
And yeah, the whole series is on DVD. I'm pretty sure you can get them right on Amazon.

Stan, Beau, and Kay all live. The main suspect however goes free after insufficient evidence and an interrogation run by Pembleton that leads to no confession. The suspect was played by Steve Buschemi...it was an amazingly gripping episode!
