@JayC376 Some cars are just proned to do so, take the S2000s f20c for example. it could be the valve seals, an oil pan gasket, hell even a drain plug, vtec solenoid, the list goes on. In the fords older 5.0s the pistons were composed of a softer metal than the sleeves, the rings would never set in right on most of them.

@JayC376 No dude bc my 2000 mustang that i made my drag car i put 6,000 in it thats from rear to front and it runs a 9.55 almost every pass but i done the work my self

@Mustang4lyfe91 still what im trying to say is 10k on a jdm car goes further than 10k on an american muscle... and what does buning oil have to do with 5.0's? burning oil can happen to any car if the piston rings are bad.
