So, I am going to the Lady GaGa concert at the end of the month and I am making my own crazy GaGa outfit. The outfit requires a tutu so I had to make one.
I found a really easy tutorial on how to make the tutu thanks to khayotikk. Check out her channel! She's fun ^^ http://www.youtube.com/user/khayotikk

btw, there is a special *fashion show* at the end of the video! I was really tired and psychotic from looking at that tutu for hours. lol, I looke like a zombie, but I makes zombies look good ;)

I bought it at target for about $20 or $30. Totally worth the money!

@HikariHime29 I just found it at Big Lots for $14!!! it's really small....but for what i need it...it will work. I'm not planning on making anything extravagant, or working with heavy fabrics. from what i understand, it doesn't have much power.

It is not a super powerful mechine, but it gets the job done. You know what they say... you get what you pay for, lol. For The $20 I paid for mine, it has made 3 full outfits, this tutu, and fixed numerous other clothes. I definitely got my $20 worth out of the thing! hee hee

awesome... how do you tie them to the sting?

You just tie the end of the tulle in the string. It's really simple; like tying a shoe string kind of without the bunny ears. I'm terrible at explaining how to do things. There is a link to the video I used to make the tutu in the description box. It is pretty easy to understand.
