Richard Dawkins stated: “I am utterly fed up with the respect we have been brainwashed into bestowing upon religion,”. Just curious, would this be OK, or intolerant? So, if the atheist community refuses to tolerate men and women of faith, is that OK, or is this just for the faithful? Are militant atheists OK?

For me it´s a bit like this;
Sure you can be angry or outraged at an idea while thinking that it´s perfectly ok if people choose freely to follow that idea.
It´s when you start denying others the right to follow the idea that you personally dont like that it becomes intolerance.
