Call me weird, but pressing up and down was the first thing I tried on that barrel thing. I never realised people hated this stage because of that barrel thing.

This was when Kuckles and Sonic were once rivals. Eggman tricked Knuckles into believing that Sonic n' Tails were his enemies, trying to steal the 7 Emeralds. When Sonic & Knuckles came out, Knux defeated Eggman in order to prevent him from getting his hands on the Master Emerald. These days, Sonic & Knuckles may look like friends, but they still argue over things. :P
