  • Hey Dr Ron - thanks for this video! If you could put the matrix breakdown into the description for the next video that would be very helpful - have been following the principles and would love to use this for my next progression! Also, what research do you have related to improvement of power? Seems a lot of strength work which is great for bodybuilding, not sure about speed of force generation. Any thoughts?

  • Could you tell me first whether you have had a chance to view all the Matrix demonstrations on Youtube? Second, have you had the chance to buy the first three Matrix Books in which I address the questions you raised in detail

  • I normally workout on the bench with 170-200 lbs. I tried this with just 100 lbs and could not come close to completing it. It felt really different. I will really have to reduce the weight to complete this. I believe Dr. Ron is 62 or 63 - which is pretty amazing.

  • Thanks ed257, dr Ron had his 65th about a month ago, even more impressive!

  • Omg you look fantastic Doc!!! i am looking at your book right now!! fantastic it is.

  • Hey nice gym. Where did you get that from?

Great video - I will put it on my website! Can't wait to see more and catch up with Dr Ron.

  • I have viewed all the demos on youtube, but have not purchased all three books. Have the 12 weeks to a better body for men book but not the others. Am interested specifically in the power conversion question since I train college level athletes and am finding this system intriguing from for from integrating it into my own personal fitness progression.

  • Looks very intense. Enjoyed the human nature(mistake in performance) of the presentation. Another great video and I will have to build up the courage to give Power Matrix a go.

Please continue with your video presentations.
