Klonoa (Wii) - Vision 3-2: A Wrench in the Works (Part 2)

Continuation of part one.

Most of the work in this level is finished now, and all that's left is climbing to the top of the treehouse.

Once we get there, we see that Joker has captured the Chieftess and is grilling her for information. But not long after he gets started, Klonoa and Hewpoe arrive to save her. And our next boss battle begins.

Boss: Gelg Bolm
As if the look of the boss didn't give it away, Joker again spills the weakness; attacks from above. And wouldn't you know it; there are springs all on the ground. So all you have to do is use an inflated enemy and double-jump right above Gelg Bolm's weakspot. Gelg Bolm also has relatively few attacks. It'll try to jump up and crush you or it'll release a large amount of spores that from into a spiked ball that it'll roll at you. At about half-damage, Gelg Bolm will turn red and move a lot faster. Also, the spiked ball will grow about double in size when used.

After the fight, Klonoa and Hewpoe inquire about the Moon Pendant and the fabled Moon Kingdom. Apparently, the Moon Pendant is a key that leads to the Moon Kingdom. When a ritual is held at the altar of the Temple of (the) Sun, the road to the Moon Kingdom will appear.

The Chieftess also mentions something about "a dream not of this world", but neither Klonoa nor Hewpoe have any idea what she's talking about.

And if things weren't confusing enough, Joker has to pull of another prick move by revealing that he was eavesdropping on their whole conversation. And now he knows where the Moon Pendant is. With that, the Chieftess shows Klonoa and Hewpoe an alternate and faster route back to Wind Village and sends them on their way.
