Yeah you can use any adhesive, glue, tape, blue tak. Just have to use your imagination.

I try not to use wood i use cardboard alot and most of the stuff I make is almost like wood but its more flexible.

Chill out dude its cardboard for crying out loud, easy to fix, easy to build and free. You want to spend 20 bucks on bench by, BR or whatever then you go right ahead. I offer the alternative.
