When your boss keeps you in the dark or goes around you, you may feel like your competence is being challenged. Tanya Goodwin-Maslach, Executive Coach at Elevati Inc, suggests inviting your boss off-site to talk in an informal place. She explains how to use the G.R.O.W. model to ease your way through this discussion.

That's when I would take it to HR/further. I guess what I'm trying to say is that everyone has the right to be treated with respect in the workplace. No matter how true what you're saying is happening now in today's workplaces, we need to stand up and fight for what we want to see, going into the future. Until Rosa Parks & MLK stood up against oppression, the situation of black people was as bad as ever. Fighting for a better workplace is the same thing - we MUST stand up. Peace xx

  • @kleinkopffff WTF? if you want to see someone eat a dick so badly, then why not just look in the mirror the next time you struggle to put yours in your mouth? i wish you success in your dick-eating endeavors.

  • @AnimalBlackmatism this video sucks almost as much as you do, AnimalBastardism. almost. but let's not downplay that fact -- it's actually quite an achievement, cuz you suck A LOT.

  • Any woman that keeps her maiden name after getting married is probably a cunt and has a 99.% chance of getting divorced! So men...don't marry a broad that wants to keep her maiden name. Even better, why are getting married in the first place? If you want to give your money away, send it to me!

  • This is really pie in the sky kind of stuff! How many people can go off site with their boss to have a discussion? That is the first unrealistic premise. Second, your boss has to have enough respect for you to want to brainstorm with him/her. Most bosses do not. If you are being undermined, your boss will not brainstorm with you. They would not consider you an equal, and will not attempt to problem-solve with you. Thanks for trying, anyway.

  • great tips, thanks for sharing.

  • First you would have to have a boss who gives a flying f"@ck about what you think and isnt scared shi@less about what his boss thinks.
