Make "bánh chưng"

"Bánh chưng" is a traditional cake of Vietnam. People usually make it in Tet holidays. It's made from glutinous rice (nếp), green beans (đậu xanh) and fine fresh pork (thịt heo tươi ngon). They use phrynium leaves (lá dong) to wrap and make the cake green after cooking. In the clip, my uncle was making "bánh chưng". I recorded it when I came back to my hometown - Hưng Yên, Việt Nam to enjoy Tet holidays this year, 2007.

why does not he make these on a table or counter? seeing him make these food items and while at the same time able to see his feet and toes are just not quite appetizing to me, not matter how good the food may taste.

Thế ra Người Hưng Yên không biết gói bánh Trưng kiểu truyền thống

+ dùng khuôn gỗ đặt 4 lá gấp góc rồi gói(gói chậm nhưng 100 cái như 1, khi bóc bánh ra bánh rất VUÔNG)

+ video này có 1 người nước ngoài nhận xét mất vệ sinh(ngón chân chạm vào lá gói bánh) và họ đưa ra lời khuyên là để(đặt) lên bàn(bảng)!

+ Bánh Trưng Hà Nội chuẩn!

+ Bánh Trưng Hải Phòng them nét rất đặc trưng:gói to+dung nước cây Giềng làm màu xanh 
