Making Transparent Video, Part 3.mp4

This is part 3 of a mini tutorial on creating transparent web videos, like the ones where a spokesperson walks out onto your site to make a pitch. In the previous parts of this tutorial I showed how to do this with Adobe Flash Catalyst, but this time I'm going to create a simple text HTML page in Dreamweaver and use the same effect.

Good Job with this tutorial - this is perfect. I spent a good few hours searching hte web for an explanation and this is by far the easiest and best tutorial .... many tks Noel
