Neco repeat the full workout 3 -4 times in 15-20 minutes. Work at increasing reps. Protein shake intake 2-3 times a day.

  • Ayo homie good shit ma dude quick q how much those weights? like how much you doin on this vid... and i got a messed up back but i wanna try workin it and gettin strength back... dat last excercise would be the death of me.. lol any idea how to build up the strength?

  • Cant increase reps with that band yet.... by round 2 eight pulls is all I got.Am able to do more reps with squats but that band is a different story.

  • @makingthebest09 I did it and it was extra hard to squeeze this one in after a P90x workout.... I just kept pushing though
