No FYP is not rolling in their graves. I'm Todd's (from fyp) girlfriend and it just so happens that Dios are his good friends and he loves this cover and is putting out a EP of them. They're actually in a band together right now and they cover this song together. Sorry dude. May not be your cup of tea but don't dog it.
