@roch202020 that was one of the reasons, another is because of the controversy in the 2000 games, with the vault being at the wrong height.

@hotdog2020 one of the parents of another gymnast got it on video but deleted it out of respect for Sang, he didn't want anyone to benefit from her awful accident.

My coach was at the Goodwill Games when it happened. He said that her coach signaled to do a timer and she lost focus and started to flip then realized it was suppose to be just a timer and she stopped her rotation. She was the world champion. Unfortunately mistakes happen in life. It is what we do to over come our challenges that makes us strong. Sang Lan, you are such an inspiration to me. I'm sorry this happened to you. I wish you well soon.

Its so sad that one minute you're laughing and the next you can't move. I hope she lives the rest of her life in peace.
