@PatTheForestRed Clough had quite a lot of resources I think you'll find, certainly more than Stein ever had at Celtic.
No taking away from the fact that he was brilliant, though.

Clough was a football genius who took a 2nd division club to 2 European Cups, along the way beating the then best team in Europe, Liverpool. Shankly, Busby & Stein won the Euopean Cup once - with far greater resources than Clough ever had. Robson was a nice guy. As for Revie he took football to depths never seen before with his Leeds side of the 60s & 70s. He then sold out England for UAE gold. Revie was a disgrace to football. Cloughie was the brightest star in the sky and we miss him.
