    I'd like to purchase your iphone app but however the problem lies with my hearing impairment. I can't understand the audio language as I rely on the subtitles. I am turning 34 soon this year. I admit that I got a late inspiration about maintaining healthy fitness and build up muscle mass as well. I am 5" 10 and weigh around 74kg .I have thin arms. I don't have any muscles at all. My belly is a little rounder and bigger. My sideway got some fats. I am embarrassed about it .
