Clever idea. How does the polenta crust hold up, does it fall apart & lastly, how thick would you say your polenta was? Thanks for another great recipe!

@meluv2cook Thanks...It holds up well, you might want to bake it for a while before adding the toppings....this would make for a crisper crust. I would say it was about 1/4 inch thick...Have a great weekend!!!
