Portal 2 Weird Audio (Voices?)

In one of the puzzles there is a hidden room with a bunch of coffee mugs. On the wall in this room it has a mural with a message that says,

"The Bell Invites
Hear the turret
For it is knell
That summons ### to Heaven
Or to Hell"

If you get up against the wall and listen closely, you can hear what sounds like a voice. I can't make out what it's saying... Sorry.
